Trinity went down 2-0 at Crowle against a New Look Duffs team. In Blustery winds, Trinity won the toss and chose to play with the wind behind them, hoping to make use of the advantage but found themselves 1 down at the break. Trinity created a number of chances resulting in Shots going high and wide from Rick 'Bobby' Brown, Jason Harper and New Signing Phil (cant remember his surman, apologises) Duffs opener came half way through the first half when a Trinity attack was cut out and resulting in a Dynamo break way. The midfielder was not picked up by his marker and walzted into the box and crossed for the waiting Forward who tapped home from close range. After this goal, Assistant Manager Graham Dixon made changes and Trinity Finished the half Strong.
The second half started with Trinity now playing into the wind, which halted there hunt for an Equaliser. More changes were made put still Trinity couldnt make there pressure pay and were again caught on the break, which lead to a great lobbed finish from a Duffs sub.
So a disappointing start to there Pre-season but Trinity have the Chance of a quick turn-a-round with a Friendly arranged with Appleby next Wednesday or Thursday.
